Municipal supporting design, sewage discharge design of dozens of roads in Luqiao District, and basic supporting design of Huangyan Development Zone.

The main construction projects completed include: Taizhou Economic Development Zone Commercial Street, Taizhou Fangyuan Building, Taizhou Xiangyi Hotel, Luqiao Little World Kindergarten, Jiaojiang Hongzhong Middle School, Taizhou Hongyu Middle school, Jiaojiang Library of Taizhou Vocational Education City, Taizhou Federation of Trade Unions, Taizhou Construction Building, Wenling Ruoshan Church, Wenling Funeral Home, Huangyan Shuangjiang Community, Jiaojiang Kaiyuan Community, Yongkang Sanjiang Plaza.

Among them, the architectural detailed planning of Taizhou New Century Mall won the third prize of the 2005 Zhejiang Province Excellent Urban Planning and Design Award. Shandong Central Primary School in Jiaojiang District won the 2003 Zhejiang Province Outstanding Planning and Design Award. The urban design of the commercial street in Taizhou Economic Development Zone won the 2000 Zhejiang Province Outstanding Urban and Rural Planning and Design Commendation Award. Hongzhong Middle School in Jiaojiang District and Wenling Funeral Home won the second and third prizes respectively in the 2000 Zhejiang Provincial Excellent Architectural Design Award. The detailed planning of Taizhou's downtown area and the Little World Kindergarten won the 1997 Zhejiang Province Outstanding Planning and Design Commendation Award and the Outstanding Survey and Design Award. Taizhou Funeral Home and Taizhou Federation of Trade Unions won the second and third prizes for Taizhou Excellent Architectural Design in 1999. Taizhou Hongyu Middle School, Little World Kindergarten, and Jiaojiang Library won the first, second, and third prizes of the Taizhou City Show Architectural Design Award in 1997 respectively.
