Zhongshan avenue

Zhongshan Avenue in Guangzhou is located in the east of Guangzhou. It connects Tianhe Road in the west, Huangpu East Road in the east, and spans Tianhe and Huangpu, with a total length of14.8km. It is one of the east-west main roads in Guangzhou. BRT test line (2010) of Zhongshan Avenue in Guangzhou was opened in February. The trial line of Guangzhou Bus Rapid Transit (GBRT) runs from tianhe sports center in the west to Xia Yuan in Huangpu in the east, with 26 bus rapid transit stations. Including Sports Center, Shipai Bridge, Ding Gang, Normal University Jida, Huajing New City, Shangshe, College, Tangxia Village, Tianlang Mingju, Chepi, dongpu town, Huangcun, Zhucun, Lianxi, Maogang, Zhujiang Village, Xiasha, Wuyong, Huangpu Bus Terminal, Shuanggang, Shapu, Nanhai Temple, Miaotou and Nanwan. Among them, Gangding Station, Normal University and Grand Station are the longest BRT stations in the world. Zhongshan Avenue is divided into three sections: Zhongshan Avenue West, Zhongshan Avenue Middle and Zhongshan Avenue East. The main intersections are Shipai East Road, South China Expressway (S4 1), Tianfu Road, Yun Ke Road, Chebei Road, Dongpu Avenue and Daguan South Road.

Zhongshan Avenue in Wuhan is a commercial street from Qiaokou Road in the southwest to Huangpu Road in the northeast, running through the central area of Hankou, with a total length of 8445 meters. Old Guilin people often say: "North-South Street, East-West Bridge", and this "street" refers to Zhongshan Road. Zhongshan Road in Guilin is the most prosperous section of Guilin, the main artery of north-south traffic and the famous landscape avenue. It is divided into Zhongshan South Road, Zhongshan Middle Road and Zhongshan North Road. When Sun Yat-sen took the oath of the Northern Expedition in Guilin, he lived in Jingjiang Wangcheng, Zhongshan Middle Road, where there is still a monument that "Sun Yat-sen will not die". Zhongshan Road is two-way and six-lane, with a 3-meter-wide green isolation belt in the middle. The total width of sidewalk paved with slate in Daqing is18m. Precious flowers and trees such as osmanthus fragrans and ginkgo biloba are planted on both sides of the road, and stone benches, drinking water facilities, telephone booths and disabled passages are set up.
