Daily auditing has little to do with accounting. If you only want to be an accountant in the future, I suggest not to do routine audits. You can go to the cashier or make a general ledger.

But,

The daily audit needs to audit the accounts of all front-line business departments of the hotel, which is closely related to the daily operation of the hotel and contacts with the front desk restaurant manager every day. After a long time, you will naturally understand the basic operations of various departments.

There are more audits, and I almost know the previous operations. In other words, I have indirect management experience, which lays the foundation for becoming a manager in the future. Why many excellent accountants can't be chief financial officers now is because they don't know enough about the front-line departments.
