The elevation of Niujiaopo in Kaili is1405m. Yangyingpo is a phonetic translation of Miao language, which is called Niujiaopo in Chinese. Located about 10 km south of Kaili, the main peak is 1405 m above sea level, making it the second highest peak in China. The ravines are vertical and horizontal, and the terrain is dangerous. There are dozens of Miao villages around Yangyingpo, such as Mianxi in Kaihuai Township and Lihe and Yingpan in Zhouxi Township. Every year in the seventh month of the lunar calendar, at noon, there is a custom of "climbing mountains and climbing slopes", which is a traditional social festival for young men and women, with more than 1,000 people.
