What is the difference between meeting process and agenda?

The agenda of the meeting is only a part of the meeting process, and the meeting process is provided below:

1. Planning We will provide an exhibition planning agent, tell us your thoughts or ideas, and we will provide you with a feasible plan and a meeting receipt. Our past successful experience will be the basis for your successful holding of the meeting.

2. Consultation At this stage, we will have a preliminary communication with the entrusting party, and put forward some pre-plans for the entrusting party to choose from, recommend suitable conference hotels, dining places, recipes, conference traffic flow, reception flow and so on.

3. Investigation After mutual trust is further gained, we will arrange for you or your representative to visit the hotel, conference venue, environment, transportation vehicles and necessary equipment we provide for you at the destination, and at this stage, we will conduct in-depth discussions on service items, service processes, promotion plans, service prices and other contents, and roughly clarify the responsibilities and obligations of both parties.

4. It takes patience and carefulness to determine this time-we have to scrutinize the envisaged processes and plans one by one, make the plans as detailed as possible, and then confirm the rights, obligations and responsibilities of both parties in writing, and sign relevant service agreements.

5. Strict and humane implementation of the agreement will be a high sublimation of the spirit of cooperation between the two parties.

6. The financial personnel of both sides of the settlement carefully check all kinds of documents and perform accounting in strict accordance with the agreement.
