First, the second batch of improved housing supply.

The details are shown in the Annex.

Second, the second batch of improved housing prices

1. The average selling price of high-rise residential buildings in Dongfeng New District is 4 180 yuan/m2 (see Annex for specific floor price), parking space is120,000, underground storage is 3,200 yuan/m2, and underground garage is 9,500 yuan/m2.

2. Remaining houses in Zone C and Zone D of Entrepreneurship Home, with an average price of 3,800 yuan/square meter (see Annex for specific prices).

Note: The price of a single house is estimated by the construction area of each house in the design drawings, and the final price is calculated by the construction area approved by Renqiu Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau.

Third, housing distribution.

2. Families who intend to buy parking spaces pay 20,000 yuan of "parking space intention money" on the spot, and the "parking space intention money" offsets the parking space money. "Intentional parking fee" does not include interest.

When selling parking spaces (garages), the parking spaces (garages) shall be purchased in turn according to the sequence number of the families who paid the "parking space intention payment", and the remaining ones shall be purchased by the families who did not pay the "parking space intention payment" according to the sequence number of the public list until the parking spaces (garages) are sold out.

The house selection work is divided into two stages: "bureau-level, high-tech family" and "general family". The families who choose houses within the scope of publicity at each stage choose houses in order at the specified time until the corresponding houses are selected.

Time for choosing a house: 2014 10/0/29 October, and it is expected to be completed before 201410 on 7 October. In case of special circumstances, the house selection time will be postponed.

When buying a house, the purchaser must hold the original resident ID card (the second generation, the same below), the notice of house selection and relevant certificates.

1. The person who chooses a house chooses a house on behalf of the residents with the original ID cards of both parties and the notice of house selection.

2. If both husband and wife can't be present, they can entrust others (18 years old and above, with normal capacity) to choose the house and pay the money, but they need to provide the original and photocopy of the agent's ID card, the original notarial certificate of the entrusted agent and the notice of choosing the house.

3. If both husband and wife have passed away, no one else may act as an agent to choose a house; Households with incomplete documents are not allowed to choose houses.

4. Families who are late for some reason within the "check-in time for choosing a room" can report directly to the check-in desk after admission and obey the arrangement of the staff.

(6) the layout of the house. The house selection site is divided into four areas: exhibition area, sales control area, candidate area and house selection operation area. These include:

1. exhibition area: the exhibition area is located in the lobby of the house selection site. This area mainly displays related charts and data of the community. There is an information desk in the exhibition area, and real estate companies send professionals to answer tenants' related questions.

2. Sales control area: The sales control area is provided with the plot plan, bird's eye view, room structure diagram, room selection dynamic table and other charts. Various dynamic chart information is the same as that of the network terminal (big screen). Residents can enter the sales control area on the same day. 3. Candidate area: After the tenant is verified, sign in and enter the candidate area. While waiting for the house selection, the house selection user can watch the synchronization information on the big screen and adjust the alternative plan in time.

4. Room selection operation area: The room selection operation area is equipped with five sets of terminal display devices, each set has two room selection operators, and the room selection user selects the room on the computer.

(seven) the main process of housing selection.

1. The housekeeper can enter the exhibition area at 8: 00-1:50 in the morning and 13: 30- 17: 30 in the afternoon to check the room selection trends and ask for relevant information.

2. On the same day, the house-selecting households entered the sales control area with valid certificates such as ID card and house-selecting notice, checked the sales control of the house-selecting, and made several alternative plans.

3. Every day at 8: 30 a.m. and at 14: 00 p.m., the selected tenants sign in. After verification by the staff, enter the candidate area and wait for the house selection.

4. The house-selecting households enter the house-selecting area to select houses. After the house is selected, the computer system program will automatically confirm it according to their order. The operation time for each family to choose a house is generally less than 10 minute.

5. Check the contents of the house selection confirmation printed by the operator, sign it after confirmation, pay the corresponding "intention money" and obtain the bank receipt (II and III). After that, the house selection operator will stamp the house selection confirmation form, give the second and third copies to the house selection user, and keep the rest copies.

6. The house selection operator prints the receipt of the sales number of the selected house, and submits a copy to the staff in the sales control area, and marks the selected information on the house selection dynamic table; Give a copy to the staff of the real estate company in the exhibition area, and mark the selected information on the dynamic table of house selection in the exhibition area, so as to facilitate the house selection households in different places to know the dynamic of house selection in time.

7. Select the owner of the house to handle the relevant formalities.

(1) The house-selecting households in Dongfeng New District present their ID cards, bank receipts and the second copy of the house-selecting confirmation form to the on-site financial office to exchange for the receipt of "Intention Payment for House-selecting", and the on-site financial personnel take back the first copy of the bank receipt and the second copy of the house-selecting confirmation form. The third copy of the Confirmation Sheet for House Selection shall be properly kept by the house selection user and handed over to the real estate development unit when signing the house purchase contract.

(2) After handing in the Intention to Choose a House and obtaining the receipt, the house-selecting households who choose the remaining houses in Zone C and Zone D of the entrepreneurial home must sign the house purchase contract, pay the house price and go through other relevant procedures at the designated place of Huayou Real Estate Company within 15 working days, and the overdue period will be deemed as automatic waiver. When signing the house purchase contract, Huayou Real Estate Company took back the third house selection confirmation sheet retained by the house selection households.

8. Select the tenant to leave. The house-selecting households leave the house with this "intention payment" receipt, the first copy of the bank receipt and the third copy of the house-selecting confirmation form, which shall be verified by the staff at the exit.

(a) the family who asks to return a house after choosing a house, after the house is sold again as a house, will refund the original amount of "intention to choose a house" and "intention to park a car" without interest; In the future, when buying other batches of improved housing in Renqiu mining area, it will be listed behind the ranking list of similar personnel.

(2) Housing users should prepare a bank card with a deposit of more than 1 yuan according to different housing selection needs, that is, the "intention money" to be paid. Bank card payment does not charge cross-regional and inter-bank fees. Cash is not accepted at the house selection site, and payment cannot be made by passbook.

(3) Loan-related issues. The house-selecting households only pay the "intention money" in this house selection, and the "intention money" cannot be used for loans. The housing loan needs to be handled when the house buyer signs the purchase contract and pays the house price, and the loan cannot be handled at the house selection site.
