Guiyang Huaxi Children’s World has changed hands. According to the official website of Huaxi Children’s World, as of April 2023, it has changed hands. The original operator, Guizhou Huijie Tourism and Culture Development Co., Ltd., transferred the management rights of Huaxi Children’s World to the Huaxi District Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau of Guiyang City. The total consideration of this transaction is RMB 197 million. The original operator of Tongshijie will obtain 15% of the equity of Tongshijie, and the management party will obtain 85% of the equity.
