The founder of 7 Days was Zheng Nanyan, who worked in Ctrip and founded 7 Days after leaving Ctrip. 7 Days Group Holdings Limited is one of the brands of Platinum Hotel Group. Founded in 2005, it was listed on the New York Stock Exchange on October 20th, 2009 (stock code: SVN). On June 27th, 20 13, 7-day hotel chain group delisted from the United States. In July of the same year, 17 was privatized and acquired by Platinum Hotel Group.
