Flying Plan is an important talent training project for 7 days. Every year, 50- 150 outstanding graduates are introduced from national key universities as the core talents of branches and groups. After a series of professional training, job rotation and assessment, trapeze members will get more opportunities to improve their abilities and positions, with the business operation management of branches or group management positions as their career development direction.

First, the cultivation of flight plan

(1) Recruitment direction:

1, a graduate of a well-known university, majoring in hotel tourism management;

2. Excellent academic performance and solid professional knowledge and skills;

3. Honesty and integrity, correct attitude, good sense of service, hard-working, willing to start from the grassroots;

4. Good appearance and strong language communication skills;

5, accept the deployment of all regions of the country.

(2) cultivation:

1, devil training, military training, corporate culture, professional training, actual combat projects, E-learning self-learning platform;

2. Branch grass-roots rotation → duty manager (house management) → assistant to branch general manager → branch general manager.

Second, the flight plan management

personnel management

1. Establishment: Flying Elephant members belong to the branch, and the personnel system and process are the same as those of the branch.

2. Number of people: Each club can receive 2-5 flight members.

3. Evaluation: The store manager conducts regular evaluation and evaluation on Skyfighter members, and the human resources department reviews the evaluation results irregularly.

Step 4 change

A. the flight crew will not change within six months after being assigned to their posts.

B. After 6 months, the flight exchange member will be coordinated by the store manager and the consul, and it will be realized through 7 days of legend.

5. Resignation: The procedure is the same as that of the branch employees, but you must inform the Human Resources Department.

(2) Cost management

1, salary: basic salary+meal supplement+bonus (subject to branch performance and manager's distribution).

2. The transportation expenses arising from employment, registration and change shall be borne by the branch.

3. The manager/consul shall be responsible for the following matters.

1. The rotation of flying members is arranged by the manager according to the actual situation of the branch. The store manager can carry out special training according to the principle of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, and carry out relevant training before flying elephant members take up their posts.

2. The manager should fill in the quarterly evaluation form of flight work in time while evaluating the performance of flight members (see annex). Flying members with outstanding abilities and special contributions can be promoted to the management of the branch without exception, and the results will be fed back to the human resources department.

3. The regional director should pay attention to the flight members, regularly organize the evaluation activities of the flight members in the region, and coordinate the relevant changes of the flight members.
