It is said that the water flows through the Luoyang River, and the spring fragrance is overflowing, clearing away heat and relieving summer heat, and it will not dry up in cold and dry years.

Yungai Temple was built in the Zhenguan period of Tang Dynasty (0- 1 year), and it was named "Yungai Temple" because of the growth of auspicious clouds over the temple. According to legend, in ancient times, the temple was full of incense and was crowned in temples in southern Fujian. During the reign of Emperor Gaozong in the Southern Song Dynasty (A.D. 1 160), Liang Kejia, the prime minister of Song Dacheng, was framed by a traitor to the DPRK and took refuge in this temple, but survived his death. Therefore, he is known as "the gods protect the country", and he became famous for a while, causing a sensation in all directions, and there are still legends circulating today. When Prime Minister Liang pardoned North Korea when he returned to Beijing, he wrote a couplet for the temple: "Cloud habitat, full of vitality, Hua Xu on the roof." Since then, thousands of good men and women have come to pay homage to incense for thousands of years. Yungai Temple experienced thousands of years of wind and frost, collapsed and rebuilt several times, and was looted in the 1960s. 1994, local believers began to rebuild Yungai Temple. Later, Guo, the abbot of Xiamen Daguan Academy, took the initiative to undertake the heavy responsibility of construction, and raised funds to hire skilled craftsmen to carefully design and construct, which is now quite large.

At present, Yungai Temple covers an area of about 60 mu. As soon as you enter the main entrance of Fengsi Temple, there is a large open and green square. In front of the square is a sun-moon shaped release pond with arched stone bridges, and the word "Buddha" engraved on the cliff on the opposite hillside is particularly conspicuous. Temple buildings gradually rise along the hillside, followed by the Heavenly King Hall, Bell Tower, Drum Tower, Ursa Major Hall and Tongyuan Hall. On the left is the Dharma Hall, and on the right is the Affairs Building. There are Gongde Hall, Yanshou Hall, Xianzu Hall and Xingjun Hall on the hillside. The four heavenly kings, Maitreya Buddha and Wei Tuo Buddha in the Heavenly King Hall are solemn and lifelike, while Sakyamuni, Pharmacist Buddha and Amitabha Buddha in the Daxiong Hall are dignified and amiable, and the eighteen arhats are lifelike. The jade reclining Buddha in the Jade Buddha Hall of Yungai Temple is seven meters long and weighs more than fifty tons. The bronze statue of Guanyin with thousands of hands and eyes in Tongyuan Hall weighs more than ten tons and is 7.32 meters high. According to Master Shi Guohua, the host of Yungai Temple, this Guanyin has eleven solemn and kind faces, and 42 of them are holding wishful pearls, tin battles, iron hooks, precious mirrors, Buddhist books, lotus flowers and other instruments. The most special thing is that countless small hands with eyes are carved in the backlight, and the production process is extremely exquisite.
