Use of water pump frequency converter

1. Switch the parameter name to the parameter to be modified according to the operation flow of "Menu Description".

2. At this point, the decimal point of the parameter name does not blink, but the decimal point of the parameter value begins to blink.

3. Press or to adjust the parameter value to the required value.

4. Press Enter. At this time, the decimal point of the parameter value does not blink, and the decimal point of the parameter name begins to blink.

5. If you want to modify other parameters, repeat the above operation.

6. After all parameters are modified, press and hold for 3 seconds to exit the parameter setting menu and return to normal working state.

Parameter adjustment of water pump inverter

1 and parameter 9902 indicate the selection of control parameters, and ACSl40 is set to apply different control parameters. Choosing different control parameters, the inverter control terminal has different functions. The value of parameter 9902 ranges from 0 to 7. The value of standard selection 9902 is 1.

2. Parameter 9905 sets the maximum voltage output by ACSl40 to the motor. When the output frequency of the inverter is equal to the rated frequency set by parameter 9907, the output voltage reaches the rated voltage value at the same time. The voltage output by ACSl40 to the motor cannot be greater than the power supply voltage.

3. Parameter 9906 sets the current output by ACSl40 to the motor, and its value is the rated current value on the nameplate of the motor used.

4. Parameter 9907 adjusts the frequency of the inverter output voltage to the frequency marked on the motor nameplate, which should be equal to the frequency adjusted by parameters 1 105 and 2008.

5. Parameter 1003 indicates the direction control parameter. Select 1 motor for forward rotation, 2 motors for reverse rotation, and 3 motors for forward rotation or reverse rotation.

6. Parameter 0 102 indicates the speed of the motor.

7. Parameter 0 104 indicates the current value of the motor.

8. Parameter 0 105 indicates the output torque of the motor shaft, expressed as a percentage of the rated torque.
