What do OP and QA in tourism industry mean?

OP: There are many types of travel agencies, as we all know: tour guides; Team leader; Reception and so on. The position of English operator in travel agency is called machine adjustment. This position is a job in a travel agency, referred to as OP for short. The job of this position is to organize tourists for group members, arrange tourist routes, use their own resources to integrate the information of tour groups and hand it over to the local agencies.

QA: customer service personnel, ISO// quality assurance personnel.

QA is the abbreviation of English QUALITY ASSURANCE, and Chinese means quality assurance. ISO 8402: 1994 defines it as "all planned and systematic activities implemented in the quality management system, and confirmed as required to provide sufficient trust to show that the entity can meet the quality requirements".
