China Life members help others book hotels. Why can't others get points?

1. Don't provide incorrect member information: when booking a hotel for others, you need to provide correct member information, including member number, name, etc. If the information provided is incorrect or incomplete, the system may not be able to identify the member, so the corresponding points cannot be accumulated.

2. Not choosing the correct booking method: China residents can make reservations through different channels, including official website, mobile APP and customer service phone. If you choose a non-member exclusive booking channel or book through a third-party platform, you may not get points.

3. The order does not meet the points rules: the points rules of members living in China may be different according to different hotels, room types, booking channels and other factors. If the reserved room type does not meet the integral rules, or the reserved channel is excluded from the integral range, the corresponding points cannot be obtained.
