How to do network marketing for home inns
I haven't stayed in a hotel for 7 days (although I registered on the website), so I can't comment more. According to some friends, I don't feel very good, especially the traffic problem, because most 7-day hotels are hard to find and the room space is relatively small. However, I have tried the hotel wap website for 7 days, and it is still good. I can use my mobile phone to check and book hotels. Other similar hotels, such as Hanting Hotel and Home Inn, don't seem to have opened mobile websites yet, so I took the lead in mobile phone network marketing within 7 days.
In September, 2008, I once wrote a blog "The Strange Phenomenon of Member Login System of Hanting Hotel Website", describing the troubles encountered in the online registration process. Until now, I still booked Hanting Hotel by telephone. I'm too tired to go to the website, so I don't feel much about the online marketing of Hanting Hotel now. Because I have lived at home for a long time, I have a lot of feelings. Here I mainly talk about some problems I encountered at home (not just network marketing problems).
On June 5438+065438+ 10, 2007, I wrote a blog post on Sina blog praising the humanized design of Yuehu Store in Ningbo, "Talking about the user experience from a home-like detail". Recently, when dealing with the spam behind the blog, I found some comments that the blogger is a gunman at home. Now everyone seems to be too sensitive to the gunman, as if he only mentioned the benefits of a certain company and became a gunman. However, some of the problems I want to talk about below may be said to be gunmen of Home Inn competitors, hehe. But it doesn't matter. Everyone has the right to express their views online. As long as it is not malicious, there is nothing inappropriate to tell their true experiences and true thoughts.
Home Inn developed economic business hotels earlier in China, so I have stayed in many home inns. In addition to the Rujia Ningbo Yuehu Store I wrote, there are some impressive ones, such as Beijing Caishikou Store and Chaoyang Park Store (Shifoying), but most of the new Rujia stores I have experienced in recent years feel uncomfortable, such as the branch opposite Beijing International Trade Building (such as Rujia Dabeiyao Store) or advanced business rooms. The room is so small that it doesn't even have bottled drinking water and a ceiling lamp. The light in the room is very poor, which is a bit inconsistent with the unified style of home inn. I even wonder if this branch is home. The most important thing for me is not the facilities of the room, but the extremely slow internet access. Later, I had to use the wireless network card to deal with it all night. I booked it for three days, but I couldn't wait to leave the next morning.
Home Inn's network speed problem may exist in many branches. My accommodation experience in Xi 'an Keji Road Store and Xiaozhai Store is very poor, because I can't surf the Internet normally. More interestingly, in Xiaozhai store in Xi 'an last year, I found that I couldn't get online early in the morning, and the physical line of the network was blocked (the network link icon was red ×). I called the front desk many times and it didn't work out until this afternoon. The waiter always explained that it was a network problem of the telecommunications bureau. Later, at my strong request, an "electrician" finally came to check the room, but the conclusion was that I didn't know why it couldn't be solved. To make matters worse, the location of Jiaru Xiaozhai Store is very special. Perhaps it is because of the dense surrounding high-rise buildings, the mobile phone signal is sometimes unstable, and Unicom's CDMA wireless Internet access is even more hopeless. This is the worst home hotel experience I have ever experienced. Other home inns I know include Suzhou Humble Administrator's Garden Store, Zhengzhou Zijingshan Store and so on.
Finally, talk about the impression of network marketing of Home Inns: Perhaps the popularity of Home Inns is too high, and they don't pay much attention to network marketing, at least on the surface of Home Inns website. I won't say much about the professionalism and ease of use of Home Inn. This should not be a problem with a home-based website. As far as I can remember, I seldom make a successful reservation through the website. Several times, I made a mistake when I submitted the order at the last step, so I had to make a reservation by phone. The alternative way of early online booking is to book on Ctrip. However, with the expansion of online booking channels of Home Inns, many Home Inns have cancelled their cooperation with online sales channels such as Ctrip. Some of the latest findings appear in Ctrip's list of partner hotels. Perhaps this is also a manifestation of the fierce competition in the hotel industry for several years. Equally impressive is that the voice call of Home Inns is extremely long, and I can't move on without listening to the reserved voice-this is my impression during my stay in Suzhou in July 2008, and I haven't booked any Home Inns since then.
