Basic information of the World Golden Key Hotel Alliance

The "golden key" service was first proposed by France in 1929. They upgraded the personalized service of "guest entrustment and hotel agency" to a concept, and established the agency of the hotel industry-Golden Key Organization. "Golden Key" is the general agent of hotel comprehensive service, and is known as "all-purpose doctor". The two crossed golden keys it wears mean perfect service and also symbolize solving all problems for guests. After more than 70 years of development, 34 countries and regions have joined the International Hotel Golden Key Organization. Established in the mid-1990s, China Hotel Golden Key Organization is the 3rd1member of the International Hotel Golden Key Organization. At present, it has developed 54 cities, 180 hotels and more than 250 members. Every "Golden Key" member must receive strict training and assessment regularly.
