(1943- 1975) Yunlin people in Taiwan Province province. Both parents are farmers. After unremitting efforts, he survived by his own hands, and also worked hard at school with excellent results. In order to finish high school, Zheng Fengxi worked everywhere. He participated in the essay competition with an article "A Ship in the Ocean", which aroused great social repercussions. Many people expressed their willingness to help him finish his studies, but he didn't want to rely too much on others. Later, he successfully completed his middle school studies and was admitted to the Law Department of Zhongxing University in Taiwan Province Province with excellent results. After the story was published in the newspaper, it attracted favorable comments from the society.

His strong perseverance and indomitable spirit touched Wu, a female student in the law department of the same school. However, Wu's parents tried every means to obstruct it. After many twists and turns, the lovers finally got married. I have two daughters after marriage.

After graduating from college, he returned to his hometown middle school to teach, determined to build a library, and won the respect of villagers and students. With the support of his wife, he continued to write the autobiographical novel A Shipwreck in Wang Yang, which caused a sensation after publication and was reprinted 10 times. The story was widely circulated, and Jiang Jingguo paid close attention to it and praised it.

1974 was listed as 12 "Top Ten Outstanding Youth" in Taiwan Province Province.

Unfortunately, he suffered from liver cancer and died in 1975 at the age of 32. His deeds were made into a film "Ships in the Ocean" and won the Golden Horse Award.
