Where is the fun in Wuxi?

The interesting places in Wuxi are Liyuan, Xi Hui Park, Lingshan Giant Buddha, Meiyuan and Wuxi Film and Television City.

Liyuan 1

There is a beautiful garden near Wuli Lake in the southwest of Wuxi City. It is said that people were boating here in ancient times. The Lu Heng veranda tower in the garden is exquisite and beautiful, and the lakes and marshes is clear and flat as a mirror, which is a boutique in Wuxi urban gardens. The whole park is divided into three parts. There are thousands of long corridors along the lake in the east, with rockeries in the middle, Guiyun Cave as the highest point of the park, and fish ponds in the northwest.

2. Xihui Park

There are many scenic spots in the big park in Wuxi. In the western suburbs of Wuxi, there are two mountains, xi and Hui, which are connected with Yingshan Lake. Among them, Xishan Mountain is 328 meters high, which is one of the most beautiful mountain views in Wuxi, while Huishan Spring under Huishan Mountain is known as the second spring in the world. A Bing, a folk blind artist, created Erhu's famous song "Two Springs Reflecting the Moon", which made this spring famous all over the world.

3. Lingshan Giant Buddha

Known as the tallest bronze Buddha in China, it is 88 meters high. It used to be a small temple, but later it was transformed into an artificial landscape, which was absolutely shocking. In particular, the statue of the prince in the Lotus in Kowloon can rotate 360 degrees, and the fountain rises in the sky and then falls. Everything on the lotus stage is calm and grand.

4. Meiyuan

Dongshan and Hushan, located in the western suburbs of Wuxi, are the earliest plum gardens with the theme of plum blossom and the largest area in China. Meiyuan was built by Rong Zongmin and Rong Desheng, the first households in China's national industry, with Longshan in the north and Taihu Lake in the south, and plum trees planted on the mountain. Meizhuang Mountain is one of the famous plum viewing resorts in the south of the Yangtze River.

5. Wuxi Film and Television City

Located in the southwest suburb of Wuxi, it includes San'guo City, Shuihucheng, Tang Cheng and Europe City which are connected along the coast of Taihu Lake. Basically, you can finish shopping in one day. It is suggested to visit Tang Cheng first, because Tangcheng is small and closes early, and then take a bus to Shuihu City and San'guo City after the tour.
