Is Lvchuang Boyue Bay restricted for sale?

Lvchuang Puyue Bay is located in Changhe Town, Cixi City, adjacent to Hangzhou Bay New District. It enjoys all the supporting facilities and industrial dividends in Hangzhou Bay, but it is not restricted by two-year sales.

Cixi, a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, was named after An Dong's filial piety in the Eastern Han Dynasty. Cixi is located on the coast of the East China Sea, on the south bank of Hangzhou Bay, 60km from Ningbo in the east, 0/48km from Shanghai/KLOC-0 in the north and 0/38km from Hangzhou/KLOC-0 in the west. It is an important industrial and commercial city in the south wing of Greater Shanghai Economic Circle in the Yangtze River Delta, and one of the coastal economic open zones approved by the State Council.
