The fire safety education for the employees under their jurisdiction is not in place, which is manifested in the blind spots in the safety education for employees and new employees during the post adjustment period. Some safety education contents are too superficial and unrealistic, while others are only simple and vague theoretical education. The management and maintenance of fire control facilities in this unit are not in place, especially the fixed fire control facilities and automatic alarm facilities.
