If you choose to spend more when these types of hotels are available, we will not compensate you for the difference.

Breakfast (or lunch and dinner)

We will arrange the hotel to provide you with dinner and breakfast (excluding alcohol). When we let you find your own hotel, we will reimburse you for the living expenses of 25 pounds per person per day.

Transportation to and from the hotel

Our hotel will provide transportation between the hotel and the airport. If we can't provide you with transportation, we will provide you with a claim for taxi, bus or local subway service to and from the airport, but it does not include unreasonable expenses such as private limousines.

Alternative means of transportation to the destination

If we can't book an easyJet flight to your destination within 48 hours, you can change to another airline, take a train or bus or rent a car.
