Steps:

1: Take the machine, gently open the box, find the machine key on the wire next to the machine, and open the machine.

Step 2: Check whether the microphone port screw shown below is loose, and tighten it if it is loose.

Step 3: Check the lock as shown below to see if the screw is loose. If it is loose, tighten it. Press the latch to see if it is flexible.

Step 4: cut off the fixed rope at the bottom of the shelf to avoid stopping the operation when checking the operation of the goods passage.

After completing the above four steps, plug the machine into the power supply for testing.

Step 5: plug in the power supply and see if the machine is turned on; If not, check whether the power interface of the inner box is loose; If it is loose, reinforce it again.

Step 6: Press the black circular motor test key on the left side of the inner box to check whether the shelf can work normally.

If it can't rotate:

1. The runner is stuck.

2. If the motor interface is loose, reconnect and fix it.

Step 7: If there is no signal when plugging in, check the black integrated circuit box at the lower right of the shelf, and disassemble it to check whether the white signal card on the circuit board is misplaced. If there is any dislocation, please move to the correct position.

Step 8: Check whether the lamp falls off. If you drop it, you can fix it with a paper clip.

If the light strip is too long and hinders the shipment of goods, you can cut it short and repair it yourself. Please cut it off where there is no light.

Step 8: If there is something wrong with the shelf or circuit board, you can remove it and send it back to the company. If all the inspections can't be solved, you can pack the machine and send it back to the company.
