9. The hotel should conduct at least 2 trainings on public security, fire protection, and hotel safety prevention for all employees every year, and keep records. Safety training work is directly supervised by the store manager.
10. For open parking lots, notices should be posted to remind guests to lock the car doors after parking and not to put valuables in the car. The hotel is not responsible for lost items or damage to vehicles.
11. For closed parking lots, hotel security personnel should establish a special record book to record guest room numbers, vehicle numbers, and contact numbers. And give the guest a "parking instruction sheet" and ask the guest to sign.
