Here, I successfully applied for a job as a vegetable deliveryman. As the name implies, the delivery man is to deliver the prepared dishes to each table. This is my first job and I feel a lot. I think the proprietress has done a good job on the whole, but there are still some shortcomings. Otherwise, how can employees leave? So it needs to be improved. From the boss's wife, I know that if you want to succeed, if you want to fly higher and go further, you need to do better, work harder and pay more sweat than ordinary people. Also, working in the summer vacation, I went to a place so far away from home alone. At first, I was worried that the long-term workers and local people there would bully me. Also, I know I should always respect myself. When someone bullies you, you can't just bear it. When they go too far, they should resolutely fight back. I studied optical information science and technology. To be honest, I don't know much about the future development of this major, and I don't know what I can do in the future. So I have been looking for opportunities to enter enterprises or research institutes to understand how the knowledge of this major can be transformed into practical products, as well as the cutting-edge technology and development prospects of this major. However, this winter vacation has been closed for several years, and enterprises and research institutes are either on holiday or busy with year-end summary and evaluation. No unit can spare time for my internship, so I can only choose to work in a hotel.

I chose a large-scale hotel in the county, because the end of the year, the business is extremely hot. Although they usually recruit temporary workers, the minimum working time is one month, but now is an extraordinary period, even if I can only work for more than ten days, they are willing to recruit.

This should be my third social practice. The first time was the summer after the college entrance examination, working in the kitchen of a hotel in the provincial capital. Let's start with where I live. The county seat is still far from home, and the daily salary is not enough to go back and forth, so I have to live in the store. This time, I completely made an ant tribe. Yes, I just lived in the basement, where it was cold and humid. I shudder at the thought that if I really work in the future, I may have to be an ant tribe for several years. The dormitory has five beds, bunk beds and air conditioning. As for the smell in the dormitory, I can understand it without telling me that the employees are all young men.

I work the middle shift and the night shift, and the morning shift is only for those who are responsible for entertaining guests for breakfast. The kitchen is quite warm in such a cold winter, so it is enough to wear light clothes. Go to work every morning 10: 00, first gather lectures and shout slogans, and then start preparing raw materials. The chefs are all idle at this time, but we are busy doing odd jobs, getting the essentials of oil, salt, sauce and vinegar, and choosing vegetables and preparing materials. I used to go to Caian to learn swordsmanship from them after I was busy with these things. Everyone is basically the same age, and they are not stingy with their own skills. Give me serious guidance. I took the customer's order to the chef, and then the chef told me what ingredients to fry. I have to remember that I can give him the menu and raw materials directly next time. When the chef is cooking, I want to watch secretly. Of course, I'm not just stealing cooking. I want to make sure that the next time he cooks the same dish, I can put the ingredients next to him before he opens his mouth. Remember what dishes to eat and what plates to carry, and then prepare them early. Every time the chef finishes copying a dish, I take it out to the waiters in the restaurant department, and then they take it to the customers. Their working environment is not as smoky as the kitchen, and their salary is higher than ours, so I still envy them a little.

Generally, there are no guests ordering food at two or three in the afternoon. All we have to do is clean up. I remember the last time I worked in the provincial capital, I was burned by hot pot every time I cleaned. Once I brushed the oil fume pipe with alkaline water and splashed it in my eyes. Fortunately, I washed it with cold water in time, and it was nothing serious. I feel a little familiar now, and I won't make any more mistakes.

After cleaning, we will get together. The kitchen manager will summarize and correct the customer's feedback or problems found, and then we will have a rest. Wait until the evening to continue working, the work content is the same as noon, so I won't go into details here. After the night shift, we got together to chat. If it were in summer, we would definitely go shopping, but it's winter and it's very cold outside.

In this way, I have worked in the kitchen for more than ten days to prepare for going home, and I have to help my parents prepare new year's goods when I go home. After the Spring Festival, according to our local custom, we have to visit our elders' home, or our elders have been busy for several days without looking for a job.
