Another material is joinery board, which we can also call big core board. This material is mainly made of natural rotary veneer and solid wood mosaic through gluing, hot pressing and other processes. There are two manufacturing methods of blockboard, which are machine assembly and manual assembly. Manual assembly method mainly embeds wood strips in plywood by manpower, but the blockboard made by this method has poor extrusion ability and is not suitable for cutting materials. The plate made by the machine does not have this shortcoming. On the contrary, it has strong weighing ability and is not easy to deform.

Particleboard is also called particleboard, and its materials are mostly taken from artificial or natural trunks and branches for processing. The long wood fiber in the middle and the fine wood fiber on both sides are pressed into plates at high temperature and high pressure. The sizes of particleboard are 18mm and 25mm. Because of its small expansion rate and strong stability, it is often used for furniture customization in five-star hotels. However, the quality of particleboard in the market is often very different, so it is not easy to distinguish between true and false. Some particleboards are very rough, which leads to moisture entering and looseness in the board, which greatly reduces the quality of particleboards, so we should be very careful when choosing particleboards.
