How high is the consumption in Equatorial Guinea?

I used to work in Equatorial Guinea. Who told you that few people don't eat pork? There are many Malians working in Equatorial Guinea. Mali is an Islamic country. Malians don't eat pork, but Chileans do. Mutton is eaten less because it is more expensive. Beef is often eaten. The price level is very high, where food and clothing are imported, except for drinking water (mineral water) which is locally produced, including grains, meat and spices. Most vegetables are imported, and a few are produced by ourselves. Four rolls of toilet paper, about RMB 10 yuan. A bottle of mineral water is about 5-6 yuan RMB. Hear FCFA in Coke 500, nearly 10 yuan. But the prices of some things are not comparable to those in China. For example, a bottle of soy sauce made in Taiwan Province Province costs more than RMB 100, and a pack of Malaysian instant noodles costs about 20 yuan.

There are no ordinary hotels there. Either it is very good, such as Sofitel, five-star, hundreds of thousands to hundreds of thousands of FCFA a night, or Africans live poorly. I don't think you will live there. There are also mid-range, not as good as domestic ones (the price is equivalent to domestic high-end hotels). There is a guest room in the Commercial Office of China Embassy, which costs $45 per night, including breakfast. If you need dinner, you can make a reservation with the people in the business hall in advance. It's authentic Chinese food, delicious and charged (I don't remember how much it costs). There are air conditioners, televisions and separate bathrooms.

China's mobile phone works. China Mobile can roam in Equatorial Guinea (extremely expensive). Or you can buy a card number locally (you need a copy of your passport and a photo). The technology used by Equatorial Telecom operator GETESA is Orange, France and GSM network. The cost is not low, the number is 2000FCFA, the phone bill is 250FCFA for one minute (cheap at night), and the text message seems to be 50FCFA.

Don't say they are black (even in Chinese, many red people can understand Chinese, remember! ), they are very taboo about this, they can be said to be locals or reds, or they can be said to be Africans. Don't take photos of local people casually (except in churches, where people are in a better mental state), and don't issue permits to military police. Don't photograph airports and docks, both inside and outside. If you really want to shoot, take a sneak shot while the on-site staff are not paying attention. In fact, it's ok for locals to take pictures, but they are wary of foreigners and are good at cheating China people out of their money. It is absolutely forbidden to shoot in front of the presidential palace (very beautiful, few buildings can be seen), where tanks and armed police are on duty 24 hours a day. When you go out, you must bring your documents (you can bring a copy of your passport and visa) for future reference, especially at night.

Bank cards can't withdraw money. Equatorial Guinea has no credit card system, so you can't swipe your card or withdraw money. You can only use cash. We often take1200,000 to FCFA for shopping.

Will you go to Malabo or Bata for technical support? If possible, can you leave a message and tell me which company you are from? Maybe I know someone in your company in Equatorial Guinea, and I can provide more targeted advice.
