The working hours of hotels and factories are the same.

The Labor Law has no special provisions on the working hours of hotels and factories. Therefore, the working hours are all the same, and the employer implements a working hour system in which the working hours of workers are no more than eight hours a day and no more than forty-four hours a week on average. The employing unit shall, according to the working hours system stipulated in Article 36 of the Labor Law, reasonably determine its labor quota and piecework remuneration standard. In addition, if an enterprise cannot implement the provisions of Articles 36 and 38 of the Labor Law due to its production characteristics, it may implement other work and rest measures with the approval of the labor administrative department.
