The Grand View Garden is a villa built by the Jia family in A Dream of Red Mansions, which is called "Grand View Garden", and the plaque in the main hall reads "Gu En". After the Lantern Festival, Yuan Chun ordered Baoyu and Baochai to live in the park. It is not only an artistic stage for the activities of figures in the Red Chamber, but also a garden art treasure created by Cao Xueqin, a great realist writer, who summed up the gardens in the south of the Yangtze River and the imperial home forest at that time. The garden design of Grand View Garden has a far-reaching influence on the garden construction of later generations. 1984, the Grand View Garden was built next to the moat of Nancaiyuan, Xicheng District, Beijing, as the shooting base of the 87th TV series. After the shooting is completed, the scenic spot is open to the public.
