Jiazang Village is located in Danba County, Ganzi Prefecture, Sichuan Province, about 8 kilometers away from the county seat. It is the most distinctive tourist attraction in Danba. Jiazang Village is a unique Tibetan building, and a family lives in the village building. Generally, residential buildings face south, some are close to each other in groups of three or five, while others are far away from the buildings and independent. The village covers an area of about 200 square meters and its height is over 15 meters. It is made of stone and wood. The existing forms of Jiarong Tibetan folk houses completely retain the basic features of Jiarong folk houses, such as using original materials and technologies and maintaining traditional and simple styles. In Danba, there are many local houses with beautiful shapes and simple features, which are little known. Such colorful, simple and elegant local residential resources are a wonderful work of local residential buildings in China. For thousands of years, these local houses have maintained the traditional architectural style and strong national characteristics, especially Jiaju, Booker, Dasang, Dazhai, Xiaobawang, Qiongshan, Suopo, Pujiao Top and Zhonglu. Hundreds of houses are randomly integrated into the natural environment, which embodies the concept of harmonious coexistence between man and nature. At the bottom of the house is a barn, followed by storage room, storage room, living room, lecture hall and turret (home tower). There are patios and open-air balconies on the second and third floors respectively. The exterior walls of houses are mostly striped with white, brown and black circles, and painted with sun, moon, stars and religious patterns, showing a beautiful and clean appearance.
