Has anyone been to Wencheng Castle in Penglai?

Wencheng Castle was the most shocking thing when I accidentally visited Penglai. In China, there is such a European-style building. The name of Wencheng Castle has nothing to do with Princess Wencheng. At first, I thought it was a building about love. Maybe there is a story behind it. In fact, Wencheng Castle is just the name of its owner.

Wencheng Castle is located next to Peng Yan Tourist Avenue. Before I came to Wencheng Castle, I was introduced by local friends. Li Wencheng, the owner of Wencheng Castle, is a great man, not only because of his rich assets, but also because of his great ideas and enterprising spirit. He is also an overseas Chinese in Canada who studies fine arts.

Arriving at Wencheng Castle in the evening, I didn't have enough time to visit, but I visited this European-style building on the land of China as much as possible.

When we went to the lobby of the castle, there was a large-scale theatrical performance being rehearsed, which should be organized by the local government and attended by local TV stations. The rehearsal of the performance is in the lobby on the first floor, and the whole lobby is empty from the first floor to the roof. Such a large space is rare in China and will not be wasted from a commercial point of view. Walking in the lobby, you can see European murals and European architectural carving and decoration styles. Those murals and architectural styles are said to have been painted by hand a long time ago. Now, the main castle is gradually opening up as a hotel for guests to stay in and experience the aristocratic life in Europe in China. When I went, the hotel was still under construction and decoration.

The other side of the castle is connected with the sea, and you can see that it is being given. In the future, it will be open to the outside world to receive guests, and related private beaches will be built here.

In another castle, there is a banquet hall, which is actually made of volcanic rocks, and the stone pillars are all sculptures related to grapes and wine that reflect the local characteristics of Penglai.

There is a big wine cellar with a lot of red wine in it. The staff joked that there is less wine now, and the owner of the castle will open the good wine without stint every time he receives guests.

The whole castle building is full of European style and European feelings.
