Can men, minors and women open hotels when they grow up?

Legal analysis: underage men and women under the age of 16 are not allowed to open hotels. No matter where you are, hotels and inns need real-name registration, but minors under 16 are still young and may not have the ability to distinguish right from wrong, so they need the cooperation of their parents.

Legal basis: Article 3 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Protection of Minors guarantees the rights of minors such as survival, development, protection and participation. Minors enjoy all rights equally according to law, and are not discriminated against because of nationality, race, sex, household registration, occupation, religious belief, education level, family status and physical and mental health.
