What documents do hotels need for legal operation?
Before the hotel opens, you need to apply for the following documents:
1. Where a hotel needs to go through the pre-approval and registration of its name in the local industrial and commercial branch and apply for registration as an individual industrial and commercial household, it shall apply to the registration authority where the business premises are located. The applicant shall submit an application for registration, identity certificate and proof of business premises. The registered items of individual industrial and commercial households include the name and domicile, composition, business scope and business premises of the operators. 2. The hotel needs to go to the Public Security Bureau to apply for a special trade business license;
3. The hotel needs to go to the Health Bureau to apply for a public health permit. Applicants need to bring a copy of the real estate license, a copy of the rental contract, a copy of the ID card and other materials to the local health bureau for a health permit;
4. The hotel needs to apply for a fire permit with the hotel name approval notice;
5. The hotel needs to apply for a business license with the above procedures in the industrial and commercial department.
What are the requirements for opening a hotel?
1. The building quality meets the national quality standards for commercial users;
2, the actual use area of each bed is more than 4 square meters, and the total number of beds is more than 30;
3, the hotel industry accommodation registration, computer information management, visitor registration, hotel valuables storage and other safety management systems;
4, in line with environmental protection requirements, no residents live upstairs, and 20 meters away from the surrounding residential buildings.
