These little red dot's on my calf are itchy. What kind of skin disease is this?

Consider whether there is a fungal infection. Tinea is a superficial fungal infection, which is called tinea pedis of feet, tinea cruris of thigh roots, tinea manus of hands and tinea corporis of body. Fungi can spread through contact. Standardized antifungal therapy is needed to cure this disease. Bifonazole cream and terbinafine cream can be used externally. If the effect is not good, oral antifungal drugs are needed. Some need to be supplemented with anti-inflammatory drugs such as trimetazidine cream.
