Which is better, E Long or Ctrip? Some people say that E Long is not good!

I am very responsible to tell you that E Long is good for hotels, and many new policies in E Long can give more preferential treatment to guests. E Long is more flexible and its service is better than Ctrip. Ctrip employees feel arrogant and inefficient every day. I have been angry with Ctrip many times. After comparison, I really think E Long is better than Ctrip. Ctrip was good a few years ago, and E Long is absolutely good in recent years.
