How about Guangzhou South Grace Garden Hotel?

I have booked this hotel for guests several times. The room is ok, the location is ok, and the price is ok during the Canton Fair. What the guests are very dissatisfied with is that no one at the front desk knows English and it is difficult to communicate. 20 10, there is someone at the front desk who can communicate with foreigners. Not anymore. The guests thought that they might not stay there next time.
