Tourism Development of Shenzhou Peninsula

Shenzhou Peninsula is a key tourism project in Hainan during the 11th Five-Year Plan period. It is jointly developed by CITIC Pacific Wanning (United) Development Co., Ltd., Long Yuan Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. and Poly Real Estate (Group) Co., Ltd., with a planned area of 65,438+0,803.438+0 hectares. The nature of land use can be roughly divided into rural construction land, tourism and holiday facilities land, cultivated land, garden land and garden land. The development goal is to build a "destination holiday area that meets international standards", "modern service industry and science and education knowledge industry gathering area" and "high-end community with modern lifestyle and excellent living environment". The project faces six green mountains in the north, the vast sea in the south, and the south and the north, which is rare in Hainan Island. Inside the peninsula, there are four beautiful bays with different customs, stretching for 12 km; Within 5 square kilometers of the sea-Laoyehai, there are rare mangrove ecological wetlands on both sides; Zhouzai Island, the original island 2 kilometers away, faces four bays. There are 160 kinds of exotic flowers and trees, such as Dracaena dracunculus, the longest-lived plant in China, and more than 2,000 kinds of shellfish are rich in natural essence, which are native to China. With its quiet, private, independent and natural id, it interprets a different realm of international island life.

The tourist area of Shenzhou Peninsula is mainly composed of four parts: One Bay Letao Bay is mainly residential, commercial and cultural; The main contents of Jinsha Bay in Erwan and yuanshi county Bay in Sanwan are sports, leisure and surrounding residential communities. The main contents of Vance Qin Ning Bay are top-class houses and hotels. Dahuanling is mainly residential and yacht communities.

Shenzhou Peninsula has the characteristics of tropical coastal areas, and the landforms in the area are mainly sand, beach, woodland and mountain forest. In the Laoyehai Lake in the middle of the region, mangrove wetlands are bred on both sides, and the natural ecological environment is well preserved. Four nearly original scenic bays in the south of the region constitute the east-west coastline, with a total length of about 12km. They have wide depth and delicate gravel beaches, unique coastal rocks and steep mountains, which provide attractive natural resources for the development of regional tourism.

The planned population of Shenzhou Peninsula is 69,600, including 7,400 short-term vacationers and 62,200 long-term vacationers (permanent residents). According to the characteristics of regional functional layout and population spatial distribution, the overall planning area forms a comprehensive living community (Letaowan Holiday Center in the First Bay) and nine characteristic living communities (4 health and leisure areas, 3 yacht holiday communities, 1 mountain holiday community and 1 supporting community). The planning aims at meeting the needs of residents in the Shenzhou Peninsula, adopts the method of combining dispersed phases, takes into account the characteristics and use requirements of various facilities, and makes unified planning and rational arrangement of public facilities in the Peninsula.

The shenzhou peninsula has built the first compound hotels in China, namely Sheraton and Four Points Hotel, super five-star Grand Hyatt Hotel, the first beach club in Hainan managed by foreign top marine sports management company FOCUSADVENTURE, with a coastal commercial street of over 40,000 square meters, a 4 1 hole traditional coastal golf course designed by legendary American master TomWeiskopf, and three natural inland yacht docks.

Traffic Survey of Shenzhou Peninsula: Located in the middle of Hainan's golden eastern coastline, Shenzhou Peninsula has an omni-directional three-dimensional traffic network of aviation, highway and high-speed railway, which can be accessed both inside and outside the island. Moreover, the East-line high-speed railway has a special Shenzhou station, and the East-line high-speed railway is at the entrance and exit of the Shenzhou Peninsula.
