The young man Elihu spoke

1. The reason for the delay in speaking:

Job 32:6 Elihu son of Barachah the Buzite replied, "I am young and you are old, so I give in and do not dare to express my opinion to you.

Job 32:2 At that time Elihu, the son of Barachah of the Ramites of Buzite, was angry with Job, because Job was righteous in his own eyes and did not regard God For righteousness. Job 32:3 He was also angry with Job's three friends, because they could not think of an answer and still thought Job was guilty.

3. He had to speak without being angry:

Job 32:16 Shall I stand still and wait, because they are silent? Job 32:17 I will answer my share and state my opinion. 20 I will speak to make myself comfortable, and I will open my mouth to answer.

4. I will not show mercy or flattery:

Job 32:21 I will not look at people’s kindness. Nor do I flatter anyone. Job 32:22 I do not know flattery, for if I do, my Creator will quickly destroy me.”

We know that in these last days, things are getting worse. The fewer people are, the fewer people are willing to speak true words, words that are not at the expense of human feelings, no matter how old they are or how advanced their knowledge is. As long as what people say is incorrect and does not conform to biblical truth, we can honestly point out their problems. Are you and I willing to be Elihu? No matter under any circumstances or in front of anyone, you can speak true words, what you want to say in your heart, words that please God, and never say flattering words at any time.
