Labor law is a national law to adjust labor relations, and its provisions on overtime pay are applicable to all industries and enterprises. Article 44 of the "Labor Law" is under any of the following circumstances, the employing unit shall pay the wages higher than the wages of the workers' normal working hours according to the following standards:

(1) If workers are arranged to work longer hours, they shall be paid no less than150% of their wages;

(2) If workers are arranged to work on rest days but cannot be arranged for compensatory time off, they shall be paid a salary of not less than 200% of their wages;

(3) If workers are arranged to work on legal holidays, they shall be paid no less than 300% of their wages.

However, the implementation and supervision of the labor law still depends on enterprises and workers. If the enterprise fails to implement the provisions of the labor law, the workers can call the labor security hotline 12333 for consultation, or directly report the illegal behavior of the enterprise to the local labor inspection department to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests.
