Physical and visual fatigue caused by high altitude, high reaction caused by lack of oxygen, boring roads and unpredictable climate are great tests for body and driving skills. You can't stop to rest casually, because there is no place for you to rest, so you can only go straight.

We left Japan and drove on the road with caution, caution and awe of Tibet and Ali.

Section 4 Tibet

It's past ten o'clock in the morning since I left Japan. It's sunny and sunny. Today's trip is the most controversial day because there are two routes to choose from. The first one: From Japan to Zada, there are the most famous sites of Zada Tulin and Guge Dynasty in Ali. It's a short journey, and you can get there around 2 pm. It's not difficult to walk. Article 2: Depart from Japan, go directly to Pulan, meet Ren Gang Qi Bo and Ma Bangyong Cuo on the way, and stay in Pulan at night, 470 kilometers for seven hours. I am very worried about whether my little friend's body can last for 7-8 hours. During the first hour in the car, we kept discussing where to go, and there was no quarrel. Let's not quarrel when we go out, especially in road trip. In the end, we chose to go to Pulan, not because of anything else, but because I wanted to take a bath, eat some normal food and have a good sleep. My physical fitness has always been good, and it is not serious. I haven't washed my face or washed my hair for two days, and I feel uncomfortable at all. I need to have a rest urgently. In this way, I gave up the persistent Guge dynasty and went all the way down to Pulan.

Today's first mountain pass, Daban, lamela, is 5 13 1 above sea level. You can drive straight without getting off. At this time, your physical condition and road conditions are very good, and you can climb up in one breath.

Going down the mountain to eat, I found this canned fruit delicious for the first time, which is very suitable for dry and oxygen-deficient plateau, especially our body needs a lot of sugar.

I haven't had a photo of washing my hair and face for two days. Usually I don't wash my hair for two days and I don't feel dirty, but I have been shuttling in the mountains for two days, and the ash at that end is clearly visible. I think this is the way to Tibet, which is more suitable for the mountains and rivers of Ali.

Keep climbing, there are countless mountains in the distance. Arriving at a place I am looking forward to, it is not night yet, which is a bit embarrassing. The Ali Observatory at an altitude of 5 100 meters will feel breathless at this time. 2018165438+1October 27th, the popular science station of Ali Observatory was officially listed. Unfortunately, we can't spend the night watching the stars here. Ali Observatory is the most beautiful place to see the Milky Way in the northern hemisphere, but it is not recommended that the body can't stand it in winter, and the observation point will climb hundreds of meters high. Ali is outdoors at night, and this height is really no joke. Even if you want to pick the stars with your hands, you have to catch your breath.

Shiquanhe Osaka is 4785 meters above sea level, and there is no feeling of quick response.

We got off Ya Celada Sakamoto and went all the way south, always downhill, and the road was like a flat ground. We were in a very good somatosensory state, running all the time, and suddenly we arrived near Gangrinboqi, and we were a little excited again.

Gangrenboqi, Meili Snow Mountain, Anima Qingshan Mountain and Gaduojuevo in Yushu, Qinghai are also called the four sacred mountains of Tibetan Buddhism. If I say faith, I'm a little partial to Tibetan Buddhism. If I say mountains, my favorite is Gangdise Mountain.

The Gangdise Mountains straddle the Kunlun Mountains in the north and the Himalayas in the south, lying like a giant dragon on the vast plateau of Ali in western Tibet. Gangrinpoche stands like a huge pyramid on the Aripland Plateau. This is the main peak of the Gangdise Mountains, with an altitude of 6656 meters.

In ancient times, Qi Feng in Gangrenbo was a sacred mountain in many religions, which was called Jiro Mountain in Sanskrit. The northern foot of Fengqi in Gangrenbo was the birthplace of Shiquan River in the upper reaches of the Indus River. According to legend, Yongzhong Bonism originated in this mountain; Hinduism regards mountains as Shiva's residence and the center of the world; Jainism believes that this mountain is the place where its founder, Rishabana Monastery, got inspiration. Tibetan Buddhism believes that this mountain is the residence of King Kong, representing boundless happiness, and many believers wander around here all year round. As for climbing mountains, my physical strength is really not good. You can find a movie called over the mountains to watch.

Gangrinboqi is a sacred mountain recognized by the world, and it is recognized as the center of the world by Yongzhong Bonism, Hinduism, Tibetan Buddhism and ancient Jainism. Gangrinboqi is not the highest mountain in this area, but only its snow-covered peaks can shine strangely in the sun and attract people's attention. It is said that the most famous Mount Sumi in Buddhism also refers to Gangren Boqi. In the pre-Buddhist period, when Xiang Xiongyong was a Buddhist believer, Qi Bo in Ren Gang was called "Nine Days (Ten Thousand) Mountain", and it was said that 360 Buddhist gods lived here. Dunbaxin, the founder of Boni, fell from the sky, and this mountain is where he landed. In Jainism, which rose in the 5th-6th century BC, Gangrinboqi was called "Archytas Boda" and was the highest mountain.

Indians call this mountain kailash Mountain, and they also think it is the center of the world. Shiva, the most powerful and highest-ranking of the three major Hindu gods, lives here. India's Indus River and the upper Ganges River both originate here, so a large number of Indian pilgrims can often be seen in Pulan.

The holy mountain and the holy lake are closely related. Gang Rinpo, Feng Qi and Ma Bangyong Lake are called Holy Mountain and Holy Lake.

Turn to Pulan and start walking X207. The first thing you see is Yongcuo, Lanmabang, south of Rinpoche, Ren Gang. The natural scenery around it is very beautiful. Since ancient times, Buddhist believers have regarded it as the "world center" of the Holy Land, the second largest natural freshwater lake in China, the most transparent freshwater lake and one of the three "holy lakes" in Tibet. It is also the birthplace of four major rivers in Asia. The "four river sources" recorded in the "Three Monks of the Elephant" of the ancient Buddhism Yongzhong Benjiao refers to Mabang Yongcuo, the mother of the holy lake. Ma Quan River in the east, Peacock River in the south, Xiangquan River in the west and Shiquan River in the north. Mabang Yongcuo-"Invincible Jasper Lake", in Tibetan, "Mabang" means invincible.

It is said that Mabeng Yongcuo is the most holy lake, and holy water can clean people's troubles and evil obstacles. She is the perfect lake in the soul, the real paradise in this universe, Shangri-La of the gods, and the paradise of all things. Hinduism says it is the residence of Shiva. Ma Bangyong CuO is beautiful and illusory, and its blue is not like a lake on earth, so Buddhism calls it a "holy lake". Every summer and autumn, Buddhists come here to "make a pilgrimage" and bathe themselves with holy water to prolong life and wash away sins.

Coincidentally, in addition to Ma Bangyong's fault, there is also a small lake here, which is La Ang's fault. People think that Mabeng Yongcuo is the land of the gods, the sacred lake Laangcuo, which is the closest to heaven. People think that it is the main gathering place of the king of Luo Cha, and the nine-headed king Luo Cha who kidnapped beautiful Starr in the story of Ramayana in ancient India lives here. Although it looks no different from Mabian Yongcuo, and it is beautiful, some tourists claim that they have encountered ominous signs by this lake. Buddhists also believe that Ma Bangyong CuO and Ang La CuO represent light (or positive) and darkness (or negative) respectively. But they are not isolated, but communicate with each other through a river at the bottom of the lake. According to legend, there are two goldfish in Mabang Lake. Once there was a conflict between them and they had a life-and-death contest. One of the goldfish couldn't stand it, so he cut a river and flowed into Lake Anglaco. People think it is auspicious that the two lakes circulate with each other. If the river dries up, the interruption of communication between the two lakes will cause human disaster.

After crossing the holy lake, the altitude dropped sharply, so we had to brake all the way. I slowly saw the village, saw the trees, saw the wires, and Pollan arrived.

Pulan County is located in the southwest of Xizang Autonomous Region, in the south of Ali region, in the valley area on the south side of Himalaya Mountain, and at the junction of China, India and Nepal. It is an important town for economic, cultural and religious exchanges between Ali and Nepal and India, a foreign trade channel, one of the border counties of China 12, and a border trade and land transportation port of China. It is also one of the two border ports in Xizang Autonomous Region and a national second-class port. The 2 19 line runs through the east and west. The southern part of Pulan County is about 10 km from the border between China and Nepal, with an altitude of only 3,800. Suddenly I feel very comfortable coming here from Japan.

On the way, I booked an ordinary hotel in Pulan County. When I arrived, I felt that the environment was not good and I returned it. It was still early, and the two of us drove around the county looking for hotels. Pulan is not as prosperous as the border town I imagined. After two rounds of shopping, I finally found a newly opened hotel, Pulan Ecological Park Hotel, and felt that there could be a parking lot outside. Go in and have a look. There is a cave in it. It's a five-star hotel. It's warm and full of oxygen. I can't care so much. I resolutely pay for my luggage and go back to my room. The hotel has its own Chinese restaurant, and you can really eat everything. That kind of happiness is really swept away by arrogance and fatigue.

Take a shower and wash clothes after dinner, dirty clothes for two days on the road, and wash your face and hair for two days. Finally, you can take a shower. In particular, I would like to introduce my laundry bag, which is waterproof when folded, can wash feet and clothes, and can hold dirty clothes and daily necessities during the day. Especially easy to use. I have bought it for two or three years, and I have to take it with me every time I go out.

This watermelon has been frozen in the car, and it must be solved at this time, because the indoor heating is too hot and oxygen diffuses. Eating watermelon is simply too comfortable.

Daily focus: rewind the video, plan the route for the next day, and see the road conditions along the way the next day. This habit has been maintained for many years, and I think it is quite good. Going out has changed so much that it is often different from what you think at home. You must be predictable. No matter how uncomfortable and tired you are, you must look at the road conditions the next day.

Before going to bed, adjust the diffused oxygen to the maximum, just like at home, there is plenty of warm oxygen. I really need a good rest. I didn't sleep well for two nights, and I have been hungry and cold, and I can't breathe.

Have a good sleep, a good meal and a good rest. My buddy said he didn't want to leave, so he asked me to drive the second half. I'm going to leave after breakfast. I'm leaving Ali today. Tonight, I still choose to stay in Zhongba or Saga and study on the road.

The sunshine was fine that day, and the little friend recovered his strength. Behind the little friend is Pulan, and the snow-capped mountain is as grand and magnificent as the Mu Na Nishan in Gangrinboqi.

For centuries, Gangrinpoche has been a fascinating place for pilgrims and explorers, but so far, no one has been able to climb this sacred mountain or dare to invade the center of the world. We were lucky to see it again the next morning.

At this time, a group of Tibetan antelopes suddenly appeared in the distance. Note that they are not Tibetan antelopes, but smaller than them. They are national second-class protected animals. At this time they come out to drink water and eat grass.

No man's land is particularly harmonious, with plateaus, snow-capped mountains, blue sky, lakes and lambs.

When the lamb saw that someone had a car, he immediately flew up the hillside to meet his family at a particularly fast speed.

Keep walking, you will leave Ali soon, and it will be over soon.

The second half of the new Tibet line is the highest pass, Mayumula Mountain, which is the dividing line between Ali and Shigatse. After browsing here, leaving Ali area and entering Shigatse city means that the new Tibet line is coming to an end. The altitude from Mount Everest to Saga Prefecture basically lasts about 4,600 meters, with a speed limit of more than 60,300 kilometers and a six-hour walk. The speed limit for entering Tibet is far stricter than that in Xinjiang, but then we forget it. Even if you let you run casually, this kind of road condition and body feeling will not run too fast.

Although the altitude has not changed since I left Ali, I feel very comfortable in an instant and the altitude has decreased. I really believe what people say. Ali is the roof of the world. For example, Ali at an altitude of 4,800 meters will be particularly uncomfortable, but it will get better in Shigatse. Through this trip, we also learned that not all plateaus are the same, nor are all peaks the same.

On the way to Zhongba, aquatic plants and herders began to appear, which we didn't see all the way in Ali. On the way to Zhongba, there is a section of road called Landscape Highway, with many herders on both sides, flocks of cattle and sheep, rich aquatic plants and no desolate atmosphere like Ali. We chose a lawn convenient for getting off and drove past. These are two standard herdsman families, who can only say hello and thank you. I asked them how old their children were, but I didn't understand. I saw a lovely little girl. The child took me to the tent. It is very dark and simple. There are several beds made of benches with some simple bedding on them. There is a small stove burning hot water in the middle of the tent. I gave the little girl a lot of chocolate and candy snacks, and she kept looking at me and smiling, telling me that it was delicious. It is noon outside the tent. The sun shines high on the plateau and it is warm. In the distance, the snow-capped mountains are rolling, and flocks of lambs inhabit the grass under the blue sky and white clouds.

Chatting with the host at home, this young man is very young, but he is outdoors all the year round, and the wind and the sun make him look very old. Very interesting. He can't understand what I'm saying, and I can't understand what he's saying, but we keep talking about the plateau. I asked some questions, and he kept smiling, a very simple Tibetan compatriot.

Later, I chatted with this sister. She has all the shyness of Tibetan women. She always smiles shyly, then blushes and nods. Later, she went back to the tent and was very shy until we left.

Zhongba County, which belongs to Shigatse City, Xizang Autonomous Region, is located in the west of Shigatse City, the westernmost part of Shigatse City and north of the Himalayas. Zhongba County is a typical plateau mountain landform, bordering Nepal, and the Gangdise Mountains obliquely pass through the central part of the county, most of which are above 5000 meters above sea level. Although I left Ali, I am close to Aribi, and the altitude is still relatively high. If I walk outdoors or talk all the time, I will still feel excited.

Leave the herdsmen's home and continue to drive to Hoerba County. Located in the west of Zhongba County, Shigatse City, it is also a border county, bordering Nepal. 20 19 poverty alleviation, the economy is mainly animal husbandry. Don't stop, keep walking.

I don't live in Zhongba. It's too early. Go and live in Saga. Through Assault Lashan Mountain, it is 4920 meters above sea level, which is a little high here. This is the dividing line between Zhongba County and Saga County. Crossing this mountain is a step closer to Saga Prefecture.

At ten o'clock in the evening, I finally arrived in Saga. Suddenly, the temperature dropped and my friends began to feel uncomfortable. Nights on the plateau are always uncomfortable, because the air pressure drops and the oxygen content is less.

Sakya, which means "lovely place" in Tibetan. It belongs to Shigatse City and is located in the southwest of the autonomous region, the northwest of Shigatse City, the northern foot of the Himalayas and the southwest edge of the southern foot of the Gangdise Mountains. It is one of the border counties, the center of three counties in the west of Shigatse (Zhongba, Saga and Geelong), and borders Nepal in the south. The county seat is in the upper reaches of the Yarlung Zangbo River, and the 2 19 National Road runs through the county, which is also the traffic artery from Lhasa to Alipland. That's why we rest here, because the environment in the county will be better than that in the bus.

191arrived in saga on October 25th, which is the only poverty-stricken county where we have been living. Saga left poverty-stricken counties on February 9, 20 19, and was approved by Xizang Autonomous Region Municipal People's Government.

I booked a hotel on the way, but when I arrived, I found that the conditions were not good, so I went in alone to check in. It's dark and gloomy. There are many gods and totem thangka in the hall, which is a bit scary. Without a waiter, I searched the hotel all by myself. Finally, I found a waiter basking in the sun on the third floor. After seeing the room, I felt dissatisfied, so I retired and continued to drive to find the hotel. Finally, I found a hotel next to the Saga county government, where I can stop and get oxygen. I think it's almost enough, but there is no heating yet, but we have a small sun and an electric blanket. After we checked in, we rented an oxygen bottle of 150 yuan, so our friends can always take oxygen at night. This is too important. After all, Saga is more than 4500 meters above sea level, and it is very uncomfortable at night.

When I went out to eat, I found nothing to eat. Although I went to Tibet, I didn't want to eat Tibetan food at all. Finally, I found a Sichuan dish and ate a little. Due to the physical environment of the plateau, all the meals feel undercooked. Just eat something hot. Saga is a very important border county. The prosperity of the county far exceeds that of Japan and Pollan. There are many off-road vehicles. Go to Shigatse, Ali and Lhasa. Everyone has to go here, so the security measures are very strict. We are driving on the country road. The first time I met a traffic policeman, I saw my papers. The first time in a hotel, the police checked their ID cards at night, which shows the importance of this county.

When you get to the room, take oxygen first, and then charge to sort things out. Although I left Ali, I can't be careless. I must keep my strength at all times. After all, it is still a plateau at an altitude of 4500 meters.

By the way, this hotel is owned by Shandong people and Rongcheng in Weihai, and it feels very cordial. They said they would go back to Shandong soon. There is no one here in winter, and the climate is too bad.

I didn't sleep well all night. It's very cold. The next day, I had to walk a lot to Shigatse. When I got up, it was very cold. I checked out, warmed up the car and found a place to eat. Far away, I saw a steaming steamed bun shop on the roadside, with steamed buns, hot porridge, tea eggs and hot soybean milk. We are very happy. The proprietress is from Anhui and very enthusiastic. I had a good chat with her, and the food was delicious, because the steamed bread on the plateau was not done well and the rice porridge was not broken. In order to make the guests eat well, she must first press it in a pressure cooker and then cook it on the fire. It's hard to get up at four o'clock every day and cook here for half a year.

Anhui proprietress, this is the best meal we have ever eaten. It's delicious and clean, and I still feel so happy when I recall it at home.

This kind of breakfast is very rare in the plateau in the off-season of tourism. After dinner, I went to the largest local supermarket to replenish food oxygen. It was really a bustling place. The supermarkets here actually have counters for imported goods and local specialty brown sugar. It is said that eating this can relieve high reaction, so I bought some. Bought a lot of fruit snacks and continued to set off.

After dinner, leave Saga for Shigatse, pass through Lasi County, the end of the 2 19 new Tibet line, and enter the 3 18 Sichuan-Tibet line. There are two ways to go, one is to take the 2 14 county road to the south and then take the 3 18 national road, and the other is to take the 2 19 new Tibet line through Angren County to Dallas County. In order to complete the 2 19 new Tibet line, I chose to give up the previous route to Peigucuo, Mafeng and Zhangmu ports in Xixia State and go straight to G2 19.

This road will obviously feel richer and richer, from Ali, where nothing grows, to Pulan, where cattle and sheep flock together, from Saga, which is full of traffic, to the hometown with the desire for formal houses.

Although it is not as serious as the altitude resistance of Ali in Shigatse, the average altitude of 4500-5000 is still very uncomfortable.

Drive the milestone to the roadside for 20 19 km, and Lasi County is also close at hand. The new Tibet line is coming to an end, and I want to say, it is still a leaf-pulling line. At the end of 20 19, I fulfilled a wish for more than ten or twenty years, went to the new Tibet line, thought about it for more than ten years, prepared for it for more than ten days, and completed this route in only 4-5 days. Some people say it's too dangerous for two people to share a car. Some people say that you have chosen the most unsuitable season of the year. Some people say that your route is too long and you are too tired ... even if you encounter many difficulties, you meet many good people. I don't know what kind of mood.

Galashan 4778

It must be said here that when I went down to Mount Gala, I encountered difficulties that I had not encountered in the past few days. U-shaped roads suddenly changed into X-shaped roads appeared one after another, and we even had to brake completely at some corners and then refuel to turn slowly. This road is still a two-way traffic. It is very difficult to pave the road from a big angle because the coming big car makes you collapse instantly. On the road of 2 19, you will see all kinds of S-shaped, U-shaped, C-shaped, V-shaped, L-shaped, W-shaped curves, and even XYZ-shaped curves shown below can be encountered.

Bangla Mountain is 47 10 meters above sea level.

The last pass of the new Tibet line-Angla Mountain, is 45 17 meters above sea level. Down this mountain, I soon reached the end of the road and turned into 3 18.

20 19 10 10 at 3: 06 pm on October 26th, it took four and a half days, more than 2,000 kilometers, and it ran to the end of yesuo. There is no monument, just walking and suddenly arriving. That's a crossroads. If there is anything special, there are several small shops selling food next to it, that's all. The destination that has been prepared for a long time is actually just a point on the map.

Shigatse, a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Xizang Autonomous Region, is located in the southwest of People's Republic of China (PRC), southwest of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, west of Ali, north of Naqu, east of Lhasa and Shannan, and outside of Nepal, Bhutan and India. The terrain in the north and south is relatively high, with the southern Tibet Plateau and the Yarlung Zangbo River basin in the middle.

Dingri County in Shigatse City has the highest mountain in the world-Mount Everest. Sangzhuzizong Castle and Gyangze Castle were once political and religious centers. There are Yadong Port, Zhangmu Port and Geelong Port, which are more than 4,000 meters above sea level, and are located in the middle of the three mountains of Himalaya, Gangdise and Nyainqentanglha.

There are five peaks in Shigatse with an altitude of more than 8,000 meters, namely Mount Everest (8,848 meters), Luozi Peak (85 16 meters), Makaru Peak (8,463 meters), Zhuoruoyou Peak (820 1 meter) and Xixiabangma Peak (80/kloc). Mount Qomolangma, located at the junction of Shigatse and Nepal, is the highest mountain in the world, with an altitude of 8848.6438+03 meters, ranking first in the world. Looking up at the mountains, there are 14 peaks over 7000 meters.

Unfortunately, due to time, weather and other problems, we didn't turn Mount Everest, which was reserved for our next trip to Tibet.

This hotel is highly recommended. Qiaomu Langzong Hotel in Shigatse is a four-star hotel. Very good. It has air conditioning, parking lot and oxygen. It should be the best hotel in this area. It is in the center of the city, and there is a lot of food around it. The hotel has special ethnic characteristics, and each floor has different furnishings. Many sculptures were very shocking, and we had a good rest that day.

Not far from the hotel, I just ate some hot pot, which was originally opened by Heilongjiang people. I was tired after chatting, so I had a simple meal.

After dinner, we took a walk in the street of Shigatse. Because of the high rebellion, we walked slowly for a long time on the road of 1.5 km. We saw many people living in this city and visited some Tibetan food stores and clothing stores. Shigatse is a highly integrated city, where people from every province live and do business. Regardless of altitude, life here is really comfortable, much like the third-tier cities in the mainland.

National Highway 3 18 is a national highway in East China, Central China and Southwest China, starting from Huangpu District of Shanghai and ending at nyalam county of Shigatse City, with a total length of 5,476 kilometers. It runs through Shanghai, Zhejiang, Anhui, Hubei, Chongqing, Sichuan and Tibet. It is the longest national highway in China and is called "People's Landscape Avenue in China". This road is also the most visited in Tibet, and the scenery from Sichuan to Lhasa is the essence route, also known as the Sichuan-Tibet line.
