The recurrence of suspected mental illness alerted the police.

On the morning of March 18, 2006, Henry Zhang had a drink with friends in Sheung Shui Apartment to relieve boredom. Sudden emotional loss of control, suspected mental illness recurrence, smashing homes and items to pieces.
