Mount Everest is very high above sea level, with a base camp of 5,200 meters and a Rongbu Temple of 5,000 meters. Pay attention to prevent altitude sickness and don't do strenuous exercise.

The weather in Everest base camp is unpredictable, and the temperature difference between morning and evening is very large. Whenever you go, remember to bring warm clothes and at least a thin down jacket.
