Hundreds of years ago, a poet wrote a poem "Guilin's landscape is the best in the world, and Lijiang River is wonderful in autumn". The second half of the poem is about the beauty of Lijiang River. It can also be said that without Lijiang River, there would be no landscape of Guilin. Others say that the landscape of Yangshuo is Guilin; In other words, the most beautiful scenery in Guilin is Yangshuo. The most famous scenic spots in Yangshuo are: Yinziyan, Elephant Trunk Mountain, Yulong River and Xanadu.

From Guilin to Yangshuo, there are hundreds of miles of Lijiang River and green hills surrounded by water. Here, countless strange peaks stand upright along the coast, and the river is as clear as a mirror. The reflection of the peaks makes the boat sail in the river, or like a boat walking around the blue lotus, or like a boat climbing to the top of the green hill, as if it had entered the magical and wonderful "Blue Lotus Jade Bamboo Shoots World". Therefore, without Lijiang River, there would be no Guilin landscape, and Lijiang River is the essence of Guilin landscape.

After driving for almost an hour, we came to Xingping Town, Yangshuo County, and visited the "Xingping Wonderland", which is the scenic spot on the back of 20 yuan. I bought a ticket and took a tourist boat, big and small, like a passenger ship that used to go to Shantou in my hometown; We happened to be a small boat that day, with more than 30 positions. We boarded the ship in an orderly manner and took our seats accordingly. When the people were full, the boat slowly left the shore and walked along the river.

The Lijiang River here has the most beautiful scenery. Every kilometer is a different scenery, and every scenery is amazing.

Sit on the boat, relax and enjoy the fairyland-like scenery, quiet scenery, lush trees on the shore and the shoal in the middle of the river. The river won't roll up big waves, it's calm. The mountains here are very strange, like humps, rising from the ground and extending continuously, but not connected; Each mountain has a different image, some like a hunchbacked old man, some like a hump, some like an elephant, some like a pen container, some like a big bamboo shoot, and some like a fish; It's really a varied mountain. As the local director said, three points are similar and seven points are empty. The mountain below is Elephant Trunk Mountain. Like an elephant pumping water by the river.

When you open the glass window, from time to time, there are logs passing slowly on the light green river. There are old farmers fishing, singing and fishing leisurely, and there are really cormorants standing on bamboo logs. The artistic conception is so beautiful!

Cormorants are animals that look like ducks and have long mouths. After a period of training by fishermen, cormorants can help fish. The fisherman tied a slipknot around each cormorant's neck with a rope. When tying the rope, he should master the tightness of the rope, so that the cormorant will not feel uncomfortable and will not swallow the fish directly into his stomach. Whenever a fish is caught, the cormorant will swim to the bamboo raft and give it to its owner, and the fisherman will reward the small fish for them to eat.

As early as the Tang Dynasty, Du Fu wrote the poem "There are niggers at home and yellow croaker for every meal". The nigger here refers to the cormorant.

That is, take a bamboo raft at Di Yang Pier (about 70km from Guilin) and start from Di Yang Pier 1 19 Mahua Mountain, so there are many scenic spots along the way, such as "Di Yang Scenery", "Shi Lang Scenery", "Nine Horses Painting Mountain" and "Xingping Good Land".
