According to official website of Ruian Daily, the reconstruction of the planning map of Ruian Avenue began in June 2023, and in June 2022, the Natural Resources and Planning Bureau of Ruian issued an announcement on the planning of Ruian Avenue, and the reconstruction of the planning map of Ruian Avenue began in June 2023. Therefore, the youth road in Ruian New Town has been planned.
