How to open a tobacco and liquor store?

Smoke-opening hotels must apply for food business licenses, tobacco monopoly licenses and business licenses.

Among them, business licenses and food business licenses are relatively easy to handle, but the procedures for tobacco monopoly licenses are more complicated.

According to the provisions of Article 9 of the Regulations for the Implementation of People's Republic of China (PRC) Tobacco Monopoly Law, to obtain a tobacco monopoly retail license, the following conditions shall be met:

(1) It has funds suitable for the retail business of tobacco products.

(2) Having a fixed business place independent of the domicile.

(three) to meet the requirements of the reasonable layout of local tobacco products retail outlets, such as hospitals, schools, Internet cafes, and other tobacco shops within 50 meters.

(four) other conditions stipulated by the administrative department of tobacco monopoly in the State Council.

If the above conditions are met, the following materials need to be prepared:

(a) "tobacco monopoly retail license application (renewal) approval form"

(2) A copy of the business license.

(three) the legal representative (person in charge) or a copy of the identity card of the operator.

(four) the original and photocopy of the license (new business does not need to be submitted)
