There are two Samsung restaurants, namely: Xinrongji (Xinyuan South Road) and Jing Zhao Yin.

There are 3 two-star restaurants, namely: indoor cabin, Jingji restaurant and Shang Chao restaurant.

There are 29 one-star restaurants, namely: Caiyixuan, Kitchen, Cuihua Building (Chongwenmenwai Street), Dadong (Dongsi Suite), Lijiacai (Xicheng), Fuchunju, Huaiyangfu, IL Ristorante-Niko, Xiang 'ai (Gongti East Road), Beijing, Jing Ya Hall and Laojitang (Workers Stadium).

Jiaquan Clifford, Sheng Yongxing (Chaoyang), Beijing Kitchen, Yu He No.1, Chengweitang, He Shan Wanduo, Xinrongji (Jianguomenwai Street Store), Xinrongji (Financial Street), Zhiguan Restaurant, Zijin Pavilion, Furong Wu Shuang, Linglong, Cai Lu (anding road) and Opera Bambana. Among them, Furong Wu Shuang, Linglong, Cai Lu (anding road) and Opera Bangban are the new one-star restaurants in this year's list.

Michelin stars are judged by a group of screened "food spies", who are called "inspectors".
