Notice on adjusting the health management measures for temporary residents

In order to coordinate the epidemic prevention and control and economic and social development, effectively control the risk of epidemic input and spread, and ensure the safe and orderly flow of the public, according to the development and changes of the epidemic, the health management measures for accommodation personnel are adjusted as follows:

First, for those who stay in areas where there is a local cluster epidemic or high risk of epidemic spillover in China, 7 days of centralized isolation and 7 days of home health monitoring are strictly implemented.

2. For people staying in counties with local epidemic or high-risk areas in China, 7 days of home isolation and 7 days of home health monitoring shall be strictly implemented.

3. Strictly implement 3-day home isolation+1 1 day home health monitoring for those who stay in China's medium and high-risk areas or other counties with new outbreaks.

Four, 14 days, there is no high-risk area and no local aggregation epidemic in the whole region, and the negative nucleic acid test proves that it can flow in an orderly manner within 48 hours; If there is no negative proof, the strand nucleic acid can flow orderly after detection. The above-mentioned personnel need to conduct 1 nucleic acid test again within 48 hours after arrival.

Relevant prevention and control measures will be adjusted according to the epidemic situation. The general public are requested to continue to fulfill their personal responsibility for prevention and control, take protective measures such as wearing masks, washing hands frequently, ventilation frequently, disinfection frequently and keeping social distance, and actively cooperate with the implementation of specific measures for prevention and control of various epidemic situations in China.

Strict reporting and control. Due to the need of epidemic prevention and control, people in the city where the epidemic occurred in recent 14 days had to stay temporarily. If you really need to check in, you should report to the community, unit or hotel you plan to check in three days in advance, provide negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours before you come to check in, and conduct nucleic acid test immediately after landing, and you must not flow before the results come out. The community strictly implements prevention and control measures such as two-yard inspection of entry personnel and wearing masks. Personnel who have recently stayed in areas with high risk of domestic epidemic spillover must strictly implement the control measures of 7 days +7 days; 7 days+7 days for residents in high-risk areas and counties; People from other provinces and key epidemic areas in the province shall implement "3+ 1 1", that is, 3 days+1 1 day.

During the above-mentioned 14-day health management measures, 1 nucleic acid should be tested every day on the first 7 days, the first 10 days and the first 14 days, and household isolation should be carried out. During the period of health monitoring, you shall not participate in gathering activities, enter or leave public places, take public transport or have a home. For those who are isolated at home, on-site nucleic acid detection measures should be taken. If there is any violation of the isolation regulations, resulting in the spread of the epidemic, it will be investigated and dealt with according to the regulations.

People who have stayed in the middle and high risk areas and their cities in the past 14 days, people with published positive cases, and people with red or yellow health codes, please report to their communities and units immediately, and cooperate with other epidemic prevention and control measures such as temperature detection, nucleic acid certificate inspection, isolation medical observation or health monitoring.

Tourists from non-epidemic areas outside the province will be tested for 1 nucleic acid as soon as they arrive, and their own health will be monitored for 14 days, so as to cooperate with local authorities to implement various epidemic prevention and control measures.

Please the general public, unless necessary, don't leave the house and don't go to the epidemic area. Anyone who comes from abroad and stays in the province and returns to the epidemic area should hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours, and carry out nucleic acid detection as soon as possible after landing. Don't go to the gathering place before the test results come out, and implement "three days and two inspections". Please wear masks, keep a social distance and pay attention to personal hygiene. If you have fever, dry cough, sore throat and other symptoms, you should go to the fever clinic of medical institutions in time to avoid taking public transport on the way.
