Ctrip Hotel Compensation Rules

If the room is full but we agree to accept the order, or Ctrip has an agreement to give priority to Ctrip's order, then we must compensate the customer for the loss.

1. The merchant fails to settle the service fee payable with Ctrip on time or in time.

2. Buyout losses, buyout prepayments, non-buyout prepayments and non-refundable deposits caused by merchants.

3. The merchant defaulted on the advance payment payable to Ctrip.

4. For the advance payment made by the platform to the merchants, the merchants did not or did not issue legal and correct invoices to Ctrip in time.
