What courses are there in environmental design?

I am a student majoring in environmental design. I have been studying environmental design for three years.

Let me talk about my feelings about this major. First of all, I think the employment prospect of this major is still very good. In fact, this major is still very common in art majors, and almost all schools with design majors have this major.

I studied the interior design direction of environmental design. I think this major is still very easy to learn. You only need to have some experience in color sense and interior decoration, so you can easily learn this major.

Regarding the major of environmental design, the landscape direction is mainly outdoor design of some parks and residential areas. Indoor majors are divided into two directions: public dress and home improvement. Public service is generally restaurants, hotels and so on. And home decoration is about the design of living space.

During the three years' study, I have learned more about how to arrange rooms reasonably, and I can use my professional knowledge to provide customers with the most reasonable scheme and the most comfortable living environment according to the different needs of different groups of people. For official uniforms, I systematically studied the design methods of hotels, libraries and restaurants, and was able to design a set of plans independently. But in fact, when we were freshmen and sophomores, we learned the most basic drawing and software application, and copied some excellent schemes. Regarding employment, the major of environmental design is still very promising. You can be a project designer in a real estate company, you can be a designer in a design company, and you can also open your own design room to design. However, if you don't want to engage in design work, you can also go to some modeling companies or some indoor soft-fitting companies.
