(1) Persons returning to Lingchuan from abroad; (two) medical observers from designated high-risk areas to Lingchuan who need centralized isolation according to regulations; (3) Persons returning to Lingchuan from key epidemic areas in China; (four) other medical observers who do not comply with the relevant provisions of epidemic prevention and control and need to be isolated.

The second is the charging standard. The actual accommodation expenses incurred by the centralized isolation personnel during the centralized isolation medical observation in Lingchuan County shall be borne by themselves and charged according to the accommodation expenses of 150 yuan/person/day; Nucleic acid detection fees and other expenses shall be borne by the county finance.

Isolated personnel who bear the expenses of accommodation and other expenses themselves, who belong to low-income households, poverty-stricken households who have set up a file to get rid of poverty or have financial difficulties, can apply to the lingchuan county Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters for fee reduction and exemption, and the local township people's government will investigate and verify the applicant's family economic situation. If the situation is true, they will be reduced or exempted according to 100 yuan/person/day.
