High-tech and resource projects

Baiyin Group, with 45% shares held by Guoan Company, is the cradle of China nonferrous metal industry, the first nonferrous metal joint venture established after the founding of New China, one of the key construction projects during the First Five-Year Plan period 156, and also the key construction projects during the Seventh Five-Year Plan period and the Eighth Five-Year Plan period. As the first high-tech enterprise in the world to successfully develop large-capacity lithium manganate power batteries for electric vehicles, Mengguli Company is at the leading level in China. Relevant technical achievements won the second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award in 2004 and 2008, the first prize of Beijing Science and Technology Progress Award in 2003 and 2005, and the first prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of Ministry of Education in 2008.

The lithium manganate power battery produced by Mongolia Li Company was designated as the special battery for pure electric buses in 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. During the Olympic Games, 55 pure electric buses running between the Olympic venues and the Media Village ran smoothly, and 80 sets of power batteries were safe and stable without any faults, which successfully completed the production and guarantee tasks of power batteries for Olympic electric buses.

The Xitai Jinaier Salt Lake, which Guoan Company has the right to develop, covers an area of about 570 square kilometers and is rich in resources such as potassium, lithium, boron and magnesium. Since 2003, Guoan Company has invested in the development of salt lake projects. At present, 600,000 tons of potassium magnesium sulfate fertilizer, 654.38+10,000 tons of potassium chloride and 20,000 tons of lithium carbonate production facilities have been built. The project was implemented by a project company jointly established by Beijing State-owned Assets Management Co., Ltd. and CITIC Company Consortium, in which Beijing State-owned Assets Management Co., Ltd. contributed 58% and the consortium contributed 42%. At present, the National Stadium has successfully completed the operation guarantee for the 2008 Olympic and Paralympic Games, which has been well received by athletes at home and abroad.
