The new hotel in Shenzhen has a new Taoyuan Hotel in Tianjin. Located at the intersection of Guangdong Road and Di Wei Road in Hexi District, Tianjin, the new Taoyuan Hotel, built according to the five-star standard, will officially open on February 6, 2008. Xintianyuan Hotel is an international luxury hotel jointly invested by Shenzhen Huawei Xintianyuan Investment and Development Co., Ltd. and Tianjin Metallurgical Rolling Steel Group, and managed by Manhattan Hotel Management Group in Singapore. Designed and decorated according to five-star standards, with a construction area of more than 40,000 square meters and a main body of 27 floors. The project investment is 550 million yuan. Cao Shengchun, chairman of Shenzhen Huawei New Taoyuan Investment Development Co., Ltd. told reporters that the newly opened New Taoyuan Hotel will provide nearly 1500 jobs, 70% of which will be recruited locally in Tianjin, and nearly 200 fresh college graduates will be employed.
